Everything posted under this line is canon for the setting. We each post one fact about the world at a time. These facts are not to be contradicted.

In the center of the world is the Factory, which with it's mighty hammers and gears continually expand the world ever outward.

Its workers come from nine of the world's races:

-Vampires
-Fexts
-Werewolves
-Ogres
-Goblins
-Dwarves
-Elves
-Humans
-Centaurs

It is unknown why only these nine races may work within its confines, but as they work, all hostilities between the races must cease. They must work together without question, from dawn 'til dusk. They must give orders, and take them, as their ranks see fit. Rebels against the rules are dealt with, swiftly and severely. Though, this says nothing of their dealings in the world Outside.

All water is produced by special Waterworks Facilities built directly into the land itself.

Fexts may not work in the Glassworks Laboratory for reasons of personal safety, as they react very negatively to wounds induced by glass.

The most prominent trait of ogres is not their size nor strength, but the fact that they are extremely lucky.

No magic, be it malevolent or benign, is permitted in the depths. The logic behind this is unknown for certain, but many speculate that this rule is somehow related to the rule denoting what races may work within the Factory.

Elves are, in reality, nothing more than the result of a symbiotic relationship between a phenomenon or object, such as a tree, fire or pool of industrial sludge, and a very powerful self-perpetuating glamour. To every normal sense, including the Elf's, an Elf appears to be humanoid despite really being an immobile tree or crackling fire. A offshoot of this is that Elves are paralyzed whenever their true forms are viewed by magical means.

The Tenth race, the Morlocks, live in the depths and catacombs of the world, stripping it of useful materials to build strange machines that cause anomalies in the world above.

Dwarves are known for their wild and chaotic parties, and even more insane and colorful hairstyles.

Magic is performed solely through the use of artifacts, strange objects believed to be pieces of the factory itself found at random in newly minted land.

The world has two twin moons, one red and the other blue. Neither have any sort of stable schedule, appearing and vanishing in whimsical patterns. Each is considered either a blessing or a curse, depending on cultural views.

There is no sun, but there are great lamps under which crops can be grown. It is said they can also heal the sick and wounded.

Vampires become large bat-like creatures when under the light of the Red Moon. This state makes them highly allergic to peppermint and gives them a craving for advanced mathematics.

Werewolves take on a similar transformation under the light of the blue moon. Both species become incredibly dangerous and rabid under the light of these moons.

Vampires, despite rumors, are not undead. They possess very slow metabolisms and are remarkably resilient in their healing abilities. This often causes heavily injured Vampires to be mistaken for dead.

Eerily detailed rules exist for the punishment and/or extermination of races in violation of the rules. While not particularly graphic in nature, the rules seem to cover every sentient race currently inhabiting the world. Even races not known at the time the rules were discovered.

It is unknown who wrote the rules, but since their discovery, they have never once been amended. Neither added to, nor taken from.

One of the largest religions of the world holds that the rules were placed there by a divinity.

Every Bonfire is symbolically connected to every other Bonfire. Everywhere.

Goblins are not allowed near any Bonfire. It is believed--though, it has never been verified--that they possess a preternatural connection to the element of fire. The Goblins themselves claim that this connection is nonexistent.

The Two-Eyed God is the focus of worship of a sect of the religion of the Secret God, the largest religion of the world. It is noted for being heavily bigoted against Werewolves and Vampires.
