but if they're divine level in strength can't you use the same argument to say that the powers are trivializing the gods by giving several people their same strength and abilities?

Divinity is not necessarily a level of magnitude, simply a classification. Physical powers, Mental Powers, Magic Powers and Spiritual powers. MythPowers would go under spiritual.

They allow powers that their respective deities possess, but naturally not ALL of said powers, and not anywhere NEAR the same level.
