I think I chose about right, only because intelligence might get you the Nobel Prize, but wisdom gets you longer-lasting allies, and respect and guides you through certain emotional times that simple knowledge of cold, hard facts cannot. And, I gotta say, some people really underestimate the benefit of being plain-out fortunate in life.

True.

And there's that "you make your own luck" idea. Which I also agree with.

Besides, high intelligence doesn't garantee anything. A lazy brainiac won't reap rewards.

I've been pondering this question. I am not sure how I would distribute them.
It's of course more difficult because you don't know the effect each extra point will give.
And once assigned, you can't unassign a point.

But lets assume that with 6 points in an attribute that you'll be at peak human level for that attribute.
Therefor 7 or 8  points are super human level.

Indeed. Softer, more abstract aspects of existence actually tend to be to greater benefit, many times.

Agreed.  Intelligence coupled with wisdom are the two most important traits.  I also added points to dexterity since agility and speed rate very highly with me.  Like the old saying goes, "The only comparable substitute for good manners is fast reflexes."

Then since you assigned 8 points to CHANCE you must feel a little unlucky at the moment.

Just don't go to fast.  That's how the Energizer Bunny got arrested. He was charged with battery.

Wait, we were supposed to be enhancing ourselves?

Well, you only just discovered that you have a screen with 12 points to assign.
And start with 0 points in the 6 attributes.

If you don't assign points to an attribute then it remains at your current level.
For example if your IQ is now 110, it will stay at 110 with 0 points in INTELLIGENCE.

So I guess you're enhancing yourself.

Vault has the right idea.

Vitality: 0
Strength: 0
Dexterity: 0
Intelligence: 2
Wisdom: 2
Chance: 8

Given that these stats are only improving the stats we already have, Chance gives the biggest gain in improvement of life per point spent and one could say that the value of each point of Chance increase with each point added due to the increased luck. Next I would say Intelligence and Wisdom are tied in value, in some cases I might want one more than the other, but over a long period an even spread probably works best. Vitality would probably be worth putting a point or two in at some point just to insure a decently healthy life, but then I would go back to Intelligence / Wisdom. Strength and Dexterity offer the least value per point.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Batman, Spock, Vader.  You have the brains, the Enterprise, and the Force watching your back.  BTW - who is in square #5.  I don't recognize him.

Blue - I echo WHD's comment on Aayla Secura.

I'd actually take Batman, Darth Vader and Deadpool. Batman's obviously the smartest of the bunch, Vader is equipped with a buttload of Force powers, and Deadpool is a deadly assassin who just will not die. What's not to love?

And though I've never seen Star Wars, Blue appeals to me, too.

Tactical insight aside, Tony Stark is obviously smarter than Bruce Wayne.

Well, yes, but in the field of combat, tactical prowess is naturally favored more highly above academic prowess.

Fine, I agree that in the field of combat that's mostly more important.

But in that reasoning, wouldn't Slade Wilson top Bruce Wayne?
(if you don't count on the "Good Guys Always Win" trope)

From what I could look up about Deathstroke.
His mental faculties are accelerated by a factor of 9, allowing him to think and perceive nine times faster.
And he has the capacity to use up to 90% of his brain at any one time. While normal humans only use 10% of it.
His mind is like a computer built for strategy.

That changes my response, then.  I'll replace Batman with Slade Wilson,  assuming we're honoring DC canon, not just the show.
