I would build a base there and keep an object with a piece of my soul in it and the power to resurrect me from scratch.

I'd also make Wulf part of my alliance, just like WHD and Bug10000. Try and kill us all then.

Knowing you, your palace would be excessively large, so I won't have to worry about that. Besides, if I do make it bigger, you could easily extend the size of your palace. Maybe you should implement building size - Shadowulf1 palace ratio, like 1:5 for example.

Well, while you're out killing millions of people who live in those cities as they try in vain to kill you/protect themselves, I'll be on Wulf's planet, in a base which may be part of his palace (if he lets me). Why part of his palace? Well:
1) We could protect both with Residence Protection at the same time.
2) We would have easy access to each other's bases.
3) Whenever I make my secret base bigger, his palace gets bigger as well. Thus, my base can never be bigger than his palace.
4) If we have shared our powers, we could get people to begin reciting the names of our powers 24/7 to boost our powers continuously using my Name Dropping.
5) Since I would let my team share my base, we would have a place we could all hang out when we're not taking over the universe or anything. This would also help organize our plans.

P.S. I would only let my allies access part of my base, unless Shadowulf1 lets me build my base in his palace, in which case he would have full access.

@ Spydyr: Yeah, I guess that's true.  Are you trying to make a better world? If so, I might even help you.

@Shadowulf1: I am happy with the basement or attic. I could make a very large base in a small section of wall using Spatial Storage. I would have another entrance at my home on earth, assuming it isn't destroyed by Spydyr. In fact, it may have 3 entrances at any one time (I like the numbers 3 and 7) with one hidden from most.

So, while Shadowulf1 rules an entire planet, I rule a few devastated countries on earth.
