What do you guys think of the basic designs I wrote up?

What about starting City. Would need to be pretty big, with adventurer's guild and my Clan's residence at least.

And the backstory I thought of for my character would involve a sort of Rite Of Passage, so there would need to be something of spiritual significance relating to nature, or at least nearby.

Well of course. Some of everything needs to be there. Tavern, Apothecary, Armory, Temples of various deities, etc.

It depends. I'm starting in the middle of God knows where in a forest with absolutely no memory whatsoever. I don't think that we should start out in a major city, but more of a town/outpost in the mid forest, and work our way out from there, or if not we should each startout in a different location. The town itself would be basic, with a guild of each main class surrounding it, with the Adventurer's guild/town center, in between them. WIth a large wall located at the edges. Main population probably onlly around two thousand or three thousand.

Which also adds a nother question. How many religions. If only one, Mono theistic or Polytheistic. Which gods. Do we use the same ones from lords of creation. If not then we're going to need to create a few. Also, will joining a religion do anything to the character. Affect stat's, add new abilities, Give them access to weaponry, etc?

I think we should start in a city, as their we can purchase starting equipment and meet up, as it will probably have something relating to each of us. And I really don't like the idea of starting from different points and doing our own little solo pseudo-adventures before even meeting each other.

A Jester, A Potion Summoner, A SpellSword, A Medium, A Soul Master and A Ranger.

What gave you the idea that they are ever conscious?I use them like a material to be manipulated. Not as servants. The only skill they need to be conscious for in ninetine. Plus, stealing implies that I can take it from living beings. Anyway, don't worry, I'll leave enough souls for Phasma to interact with and dident intend to bother you in the first place. However, I'm sorry but I need to get spirits of ALL alignments. Otherwise my life would be a great deal harder.

I was thinking we could do gods from LoC, because then I would be a disciple of my own god, which would be fun

We only worry about divinities if we are clerics, or cultists, which none of us are.

Then you leave me no choice.

Phasma will simply dislike you for the duration of the game. And if you get her way, she has a way to neutralize your powers as well.

But my powers relate to Nature and it's embodiment

For the most part, I'd rather not have stats for worshiping Gods.

Unless you're a cleric or something similar, In which case you'd have to worship a god for your magic to work.

It could be interesting to use the LoC Gods.

Yeah, well, you don't gain power from nature, unless it's from a divinity of nature.

And you said you characters would "worship" your divinities from LOC. Meaning it could work.

So.. We do need a healer.

I can do everything, but kill spirits so I guess I could stand in a fair fight with you guy's in the higher levels as well.
