A strange man has been breaking into stores and stealing items of varying value. The confusing thing is, he carries more than humanly possible, yet police dogs can only locate his scent.

P.S. Here is a clue: To be in this dilemma, the man does not think wisely with his power, is inexperienced or is just addicted to stealing.

Nope, though WHD came close.

All I will say is that the dogs picked up HIS scent, which belongs to him. This particular scent is mainly genetic.
