So Mission 0 is for each individual character to make their trip safely to the rondevu point. What is mission 1 going to be.

I won't give you the full details, since it would spoil the surprise, but it will involve stealing from an EDF base.

Basically to go Kamikaze on one of the alien bases.

we won't directly fight the aliens until a little ways into the RP.

Yeah that is probably best, I haven't had a interesting idea yet.

....capture one of the aliens? rendevous with a defect alien agent. Handle an outbreak fo physically mutated people and animals that have taken ove rthe city and destroy an alien weapon located somewhere within which is continually advancing their mutations?.

Hw do y'all feel about periodically spilting up to complete missions?

I think that the story would get confused with who was where doing what.

Could I get energy projection like Zale, but with psychic energy instead of thermal?

So you would be able to fire pulses of psychic energy, but lack the control to levitate objects with accuracy?

Like Zales, mine would make me constantly(unless I build it up) give off high amounts of psychic energy(telekinetic/telepathic). I could use it's raw power or do blasts, so yes. However, I have much less acute control so I can levitate large objects or many objects but can't exert an accurate control over them.

Sounds good as long as you can't build up enough power to destroy entire buildings in one hit.
