Re: Anyone good with symbolism?

I don't see why it would be. It's accurate.

In fact, my vocabulary typically delineates girls and boys as "females" and "dudes" (occasionally "girls" and "guys", or the like), respectively. Now, I could see if I called them the female version of some animal (like a "chick" or a "bird" or a "filly" or a "b***h"), but female sounds to me just like a normal gender reference.

A b***h is also an animal? Wow, I learnt something new today

Since "female" can be used to refer to animals (and plants). Calling a woman a "female" would be like, or make her feel like, she's put in the same bag as any other animals.

To me, Male and Female sounds very clinical.

I was reading a thread on a forum about Sexism, and someone mentioned that they would like for people to never use Female as a noun again.

It's dehumanizing.

Oh, and yes.

Bitch is a term for a female dog.

Which is why it's used as an insult..

Right, but these same people are perfectly fine with the human species being referred to as an animal, and with humans being referred to as primates?

Please.  I bet if someone called them foxy, or called them a minx, they wouldn't object. Or, if someone called a guy a stallion.

Or if guy's genitals were likened to an animal of the equine variety? I'm thinking that's a plus.

I find the petty squabbles of other forums so small, they don't even amuse me. That's why I stay here mostly.

I'm pretty sure the French have an equivalent for such a term...

I found a Fantasy Crossbreed Generator.

The intuitive, inexperienced female half-Hippocampus sorcerer who fears the future. She appears human - but has the personality and habits of her non-human ancestor.

The cunning female half-Kraken exorcist. She appears far more non-human than human.

The shifty male half-Kappa shaman with unusual luck. He has an overmuscled build. His wardrobe is complicated. He body is one half human - one half taking after his non-human ancestor.

Half-Kraken?

The cunning, intimidating, selfish female half-Sphinx jester haunted by dark memories. She appears far more non-human than human.

What would a half-Sphinx look like?

Here's one for Quest Items.

For example: The Gems of Peace, Intelligence, the Winterlands, Love, Horror, and Adroitness

I'm going to use several generators to make a character.

This should be interesting.

Character Alignment: Pyromaniac Good
Character Race: The race of humans. They move at incredible speeds. They are well-known for their drug dens and temples. They barely control a water-based city-state that is the site of many ancient tombs. They were created as part of a breeding experiment that went horribly wrong.
Character Appearance: This composed woman has narrow brown eyes. Her silky, wavy, chestnut hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a wave of water. She is tall and has a lithe build. Her skin is black. She has high cheekbones and prominent ears. Her wardrobe is attractive, with a lot of white and gray.

Should I give her a weapon, magic or martial arts skills?

I guess she won't be a member of the The School of the Ten Thousand Bears. (Marital Artist association)

Aw...she can't be a pyromaniac warrior who surprisingly stumbles upon a stunningly powerful affinity for magic?
