They're called Titania's Prisons, But SCP-32 is it's official name.

Well, it's not supposed to. First and foremost it's a containment procedure.

Now, I don't mean for you to use this item, specifically. You asked for a fairy cage, I supplied you with a concept.

Hmm so maybe one of those flowers with a handle like stem.

If it is containment thing, then that would work with my Spell-Storage skill.

Effect: Spell-shaping. Movements of the mage tool allow me better control of how my motes are formed into spells.

Unique Ability: Spell-storage. I can store a series of motes as a spell in my mage tool to be used later to conserve mana.

Personality: Playful Sprite, possibly connected to sprite in shield wing.

It only makes sense, Marv. After all, consider that Asoka and Ashgrove haven't liked each other from the beginning and Asoka knows how to fight courtesy of her siblings and childhood friends and I happen to have taken martial arts. While I could never fight truly effectively, I did memorize the lessons. *Sigh* If only I'd gotten above orange belt....

Well, streetfighting does work... up to a point. But then that's the same thing for all martial arts as well. Guns at a long-rangge take down martial artists easily.
