purpose: Used for mental connection and communication.

Just something that I thought could be handy.

Wasn't entirely sure myself. Basic idea though if the user were to develop relations with others he telepathically communicate to them. As for the connection part its more to help sense if someone is in danger. Note my character hasn't really connected with anyone yet so I doubt he would know billy was in danger.

P.S. a connection between people can be broken if the relation has too much pressure applied to it. In other words the two become more distant from each other.

Not sure why it would be a pocket watch though. Anyways, thats a bit much for this point in the RP, especially since its not even a part of your School. Maybe later in the RP. After the next Main Story arc perhaps.
