Gop has a few minor magics. Generic spells like small magic bolts and limited teleportation. Kinda like Dobby from Harry Potter, only not as powerful or handy.

If we think of a better Mage Tool than what has been approved can we change it and get it reapproved? Also, do the Mage Tools get upgraded later on?

A possible idea yes, but I'm still working on it. I do have other things I'm working on as well so I'm probably going to go with Asoka getting the current Mage Tool that I've put up.
