    Control Scale- 0 (His skin uncontrollably secretes this drug. He can only touch people so that they can receive the affect. He cannot control the addiction of one.)

Alex is fairly good with adjusting to strange circumstances, especially since so many seem to happen to him so often. He may find things strange or frightening at first, but he can quickly come to realize and regard them as the norm, if not too absolutely outlandish. Magic would probably fascinate him no matter what.

Skill: Knowledge (Slavic) [C]
Alex is pretty intelligent for his time; he knows a couple languages other than his native Czech (German and Russian), is pretty good with math, some science, history, religion, philosophy, etc, but despite having 'lived' for hundreds of years, most of those years were spent in a grave. He hasn't had time to pick up on much knowledge beside that which he gained in school, and elsewhere in his mortal life.

Power: Undead Physiology (Support/Defense, B)
Alex is undead. As such, he has no use for bodily organs that others consider vital; and though he is able to, he does not need to eat, drink, sleep or even breathe. He is also immune to psionics, radiation, poison, disease and sonic attacks. These things have no effect on him whatsoever.

Power: Invulnerability (Defense, A)
Alex is almost entirely invulnerable to harm. He can be battered, bludgeoned and brutalized, and walk away to tell the tale, with little to no disorientation. However, he can feel pain (and thus presumably go into shock from pain), and is still vulnerable to harm from two things; wooden stakes used to tie down new young trees and, more famously, glass bullets. It is unknown if glass in other manifestations work against him...

Power: Magic (Anti-Unit/Army, D)
Alex is capable of some magical capabilities, which he has yet to discover. He is able to subtly discern the source, presence and use of magic (presumably including discernment of mythical creatures), and has potential for basic magic spells and magic resistance.

Power: Magic Enhancement (Support, A)
Through some obscure magic, Alex's body was enhanced to allow capabilities beyond physical norms. As a result, he possesses superhuman strength, durability (endurance), stamina, reflexes, agility, accuracy and dexterity. He also has a superhuman regenerative healing factor, allowing him to (among other things) quickly recover stamina, and resist aging.

Power: Post-Mortem Automatism (Support, D)
More like a creepy side-effect, really...in the event Alex should ever be slain, his body will still act as a conduit to the magic that reanimated him in the first place, which means his body would still be capable of rudimentary movement, despite having no capacity for thought.

Personality - Cyril was a man with a dream. Cyril was a man with many dreams, a man who wanted to go far, a man who wanted to own everything life had to offer. He through himself into his work to get what he wanted, with intensity that left no time for anything else. Family, friends, employes, all were driven away. Those that were not he lied to, and sacrificed, and backstabbed in the pursuit of his dream. He eventually achieved it; he was the owner of a highly successful bicycle manufacture, and as he looked at all those relationships he had sacrificed to get where he was he could feel only satisfaction at his achievement.

Until the Meteor. Until the book.

The book fell into his hands in his penthouse apartment, and as he experimented with it's power he could only feel absolute revulsion. Years of hard work, all those deals, all those meeting, all those sacrifices, were rendered useless. He would have gotten it all anyway, with this power. Through luck.

He left his penthouse a broken man, all he had achievements rendered hollow by this power. He was nothing.

He met a group during those chaotic days, some homeless. They talked of dreams to him. A home, a power, all the food they could eat. These were the people, not he, that should have had the power of the book. He used it. He made all of their dreams come true, and as he saw them marvel at their knew penthouse he felt a slight spark, a renewed purpose. These were the people who needed the luck. There were thousand, probably, who needed his luck. He resolved to be that luck, and set out east the next day.

Good, evil, it didn't matter to him. He had lived for himself all of his life. He dedicated the rest of it to living for others.

Power: The Akashic Record (Support, C)
The book that Cyril can summon and put away at will. Anything a page of this book touches will be "scanned" into the book. The page will show a collection of Data and Traits about the subject that Cyril can then interpret. Traits are usually Descriptors, such as Hard, Wealthy, Sharp, or Fast.

Power: Conceptual Items (Support, EX)
Most things scanned into the record by Cyril can be summoned from it's pages by Cyril to use. The only exceptions to this is Unique Existences. For something to qualify as a Unique Existence, it must be instantly recognizable as unique to a large population of the Earth. For example, the Eiffel Tower, Mt. Everest, and each individual human being qualify as Unique Existences, and could not be pulled from the Record.

Any item Cyril summons from the book is a Conceptual Item, the very idea of that item. These items will work through the user to come to their conclusion. For example, a weapon will "Kill", or a pillow will "Be Slept On". These items will give the user an A Rank in their relevant skill.

Power: Editing (Anti-unit, Anti-Castle, Support, EX)
Anything within the Record can be "edited" by Cyril by switching around their of it traits. This applies differently to the two types of item Cyril has in his book.

A Conceptual Item can be edited before and after it is pulled from the book. Cyril cam add traits to make a weapon sharper, a car faster, or a animal stronger. In addition, two items can be completely overlapped to create a new one, such as a Peach Rabbit, a Gold Building, or a Lava Sword. All of Cyril's conceptual items degrade at different rates depending on how much editing he has done to them. A 'vanilla" item, with no editing done to it, degrades at the same rate it's man made counterparts do. However, the farther Cyril edits an item away from it's origin and the more people would consider such a creation Impossible the faster it degrades. This effect is mitigated greatly by the state of the world, which has changed in peoples minds from "A world that runs on natural and scientific principles" to "A world where anything is possible."

A Unique Existence can be edited by Cyril at any time, though he may only swap traits in and out. Cyril can also switch around powers, but each human has a special trait slot for them. He can not give a ring the power turn invisible, nor give a panda eye beams.
