Because those kinds of energies aren't exactly in plentiful supply everywhere.

Light is pretty much everywhere during the day.

As is Heat.

And Kinetic Energy can easily be generated by having something hit you.

And that's not even going into potential energy.

I can;t access kinetic or potential energy with Conduit. Light would be useless in the quantities that are normal as would heat.

I think you need to implement some kind of small quest between the start and actually finding (the jokers? was that what they were called?) Because before it was just kinda confusing on what we were doing.

Should we start this one over? This one wouldn't entail any redoing what we did in the past.

Okay, Prohibition era gangsters except with a medieval flair. We got cars, steam engines, and fitted suits, but still have people using swords and spears and such instead of guns and there are still nobles and kings and such. Also magic. Also zeppelins.

Prohibition/Medieval mash-up?

I like it, but we'll have to discuss some things. Maybe move back a couple eras.

Perhaps Victorian/Medieval mash-up instead? I think Prohibition era is a bit too advanced for what I had in mind, though feel free to explain in depth to try to win me over.

And the only part we'll really need to start over is the escape of the Jokers. The rest will be entirely new.

Yes! That'll make this way better for me....picking "Conduit" as my power was a poor choice the first time around.

Yeah, it wasn't the best choice for this setting.

And besides, I think I could have done Card Game better, if I had more free time to devote to it. Which is why I probably won't worry about restarting it until late April, early May.
