Complete Physical Mastery gives you a full awareness and control over all processes, so combining that with enhancement other would allow you to completely control another persons body, really.

Examples: benevolent ones - healing, increasing stamina, calming down, endorphin release, diagnosing illnesses, stopping pain etc.
Useful ones - identify liars, *very* vague mind reading (see what part of the brain is firing) etc.
Not so nice uses - control heart and lungs, any manner of ways to kill someone, literally control their body by making the right motor neurones fire, etc.
