-Reincarnation Determination* + Elaborate Planning* = Lots of time to make a master plan, can gain abilities (safe from Anti Power Mimicry and Indirect Total Immunity, since you actually acquire them) to help your plans.
-Reincarnation Determination* + Power Health Chain + Useless = Unblockable reincarnation.
-Reincarnation Determination* + Pick a Power: Almost all attempts to defeat you simply give you a new body -if tossed onto the sun, you will reincarnate on Earth, possibly gaining new powers.

Well, at the weaker levels I could just multiply them and give me a (completely unnecessary) power boost.

I want to get Quantakinesis sometime. It would give me the 11th most wanted power, which would be useful indeed.
