Ultimate physical strength+Power of hard work.
Reasons:
1.Power of hard work can let you learn to shatter mountains, imagine what you could do with the ability to already shatter mountain RANGES and the be able to train it over a million fold.
2.You can already punch a hole through space time, now train it with power of hard work.
3.Power of hard work lets you train yourself to control your strength rapidly.
4.Learn to cause shock waves by punching the air then add the power of Ultimate physical strength to it.

Thanks. I made a loop by using it and exp gain. I train things like reality bending while using con negation and they get boosted by both powers and exp gain makes it become easier to train it and get better results. I can also train exp gain and get increasingly better at training it all the while getting expirience to power of hard work.

Well, now that I'm making a power to fight Con Negation, that may not be the case.

No, trained Con Negation doesn't work. I made it because some people abuse the power -instead of using it as a last resort, they use it to make all their powers overpowered and risk free.

Can Generation is different.

Well, there's always barrier defiance, radius distortion (mimicked through Quantum Leap), spacetime indemnity, reality anchoring, power negation, etc. etc.

And BTW, these are just hypotheticals, I wouldn't actually try any of this on anybody...

Yes  but my radius distortion has been trained by the training loop and how would the others work? My clothes don't put up a barrier, they just prevent the negation/reversions/bypasses.
