Oh, get over it. You can't change asymmetry. Or any other aberration from perfect harmony.

I used to have that problem, with odd numbers and asymmetry. Now...I'm somewhat a better artist because I don't keep trying to make things totally symmetrical.

I have slight obsessive-compulsive disorder in real life, not enough to make me truly frustrated about asymmetry, but enough to make me not draw any human, because it does frustrate me when I can't make it realistic. Most drawings I've made have been either profiles, symmetrical, or made them have a strange look, like when I drew my own face, it looked like me at an older age.

Technically you can change it if you mash it up and form it onto a square, or cut it up and melt it to make an eight.
