Re: New Avatar Spinoff?

I think I would choose Air or Water bending first with Earth coming after. Honestly, I wouldn't say no to having any of the powers, even if it was just the skills of one of the chi blockers
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

I think I could work Airbending.

-Suffocate people
-Prevent Firebending attacks
-Survive Underwater
-Sonic attacks

Yeah, I think you can make good with any of the bending powers...

I think it would be awesome if we saw some dual-benders this season.

Such as a fire-bender that used boiling water, earth-bender that used burning coals, water-bender that moved earth by turning it into liquid mud first.

One bender using techniques from another bending style.

Or firebenders absorbing heat to freeze stuff. I've imagined that so hard.

 Indeed.

Which is why I can't wait to see how he plays into the rest of the Gaang's post-war exploits.

It's the main reason I looked up Avatar: The Promise and downloaded the leaked pages. I must know how it all goes down.

The styes of bending have changed somewhat...

Yes, they have. They seem more worried about finesse than ferocity.

They tend to do nothing but punch and kick.

/Tangent/ I am glad, though not surprised, that Korra can kick butt even without bending.

Nize Hat she had, too.

I doubt you could suffocate people.. Unless you somehow pulled the air from their lungs..

I would like airbending just for the sheer mobility. Want to jump off a mountain? Sure, go ahead.

Also, I doubt you'd need powers.

Everyone and their grandmothers seems to have kung-fu powers in Avatar Land..

Even the random old guy who's being attacked by a platypus-bear. Just calmly dodging like he does this every other Thursday.
