Where will everyone be starting off?

WHD and I are starting off in yacht/houseboat things called Trilobis 65's. I get onto mine by providing services to the owner and his wife. Of course, there are other varieties. Depending on the year it is set in though, it could even include Lilypad cities, which are probably where the research is done. As for transport between cities, there are always Hydrogenase airships.

I could technically do the same. With my powers Aquatic Animal Mimicry and Water Empathy I could definitely be a good bodyguard.

Has the RP already started? Because I would like to join. Could my power be a sort of virtual reality mimicry, a little more advanced than MMO Grab, but still the same concept, so I can extract things like vehicles or small buildings from a game, as well as weapons and such? If so I already thought of a way me and Neo could start, and I think he agrees with it.

Actually, I thought that most of the worlds oxygen supply came from kelp forests,not algae or trees, which would flourish if there was that much more water, and fish species that ate them began to die off, and that would mean that the atmosphere might contain an INCREASED amount of oxygen, not decreased.
