Not just that. Poison trees.

Stinging trees are covered with tiny silicon barbs filled with Neurotoxin. The barbs cover the tree everywhere: bark, leaves, fruit, and are small enough to slip through the holes of your cloths. They are, in fact, to small to see. They essentially act as jellyfish barbs.

If you go to sleep under this tree, you'll die. If you go to sleep on a windy day near this tree, you'll die. If yo seek shelter under this tree during a rainstorm, the rain that makes it through is covered in poison and will chemically burn your skin. When you try top chop it down, barbs, still toxic, go flying everywhere. Burn it, and the hot air will blow off the barbs and they'll rain down on you.

Enhanced muscles?

Denser Fiber or Higher Synching or More Usage?

Durability is more complex, but likely possible with the correct alterations to the skeletal structure and organs..

no not really, the most they're just very very very small and you would see would be a fine layer would of thin fuz covering his body if you were only a few inches form the surface of his hands

The History Channel actually had a speciall that tried to answer how Spider-man's could potentially work in real life.

The speciall is called Spider-Man Tech and can be found on dvd and youtube.

Even though it might be possible through genetic engineering to gain powers like Spider-Man's powers in a couple of decades the retrovirus would have to be so specially designed that the chance of gaining the powers by accident would be close to zero.
