I'm not sure, I think Vault has all the heroes except for Jester's.

I think we shouldn't do mook battles due to how many heroes there already are.

So once Vault decides the first matchup, I can have Gilgamesh call for the tournament to begin.

I'll tell you what I like right here and now. You''ll get credit for fighting creatively, giving good descriptions of the action, and being willing to take hits to keep the tension up. If you make it seem easy, I'm going to award the match to your opponent.

Juggler, male fire spirit. Humanoid elf like creature, orange skin, long spiked yellowish orange hair, green flaming eyes. Wearing outfit similiar to genie from Aladin, except red pants, black shoes.

Archiver: Water/ice spirit. Blue skin, wearing thin body armor and helmet. Female. grey irises.

Acrobat: Wind spirit, Green skin, dark green hair, rune like body covering. Female.

Gardener: Female Nature spirit,  vine covering. imagine a younger poison ivy with black hair and caucasian skin.

Ace and Merna: tan skinned male in armored tunic wielding longsword capable of transforming into Partner from weapon tribe.

Mmmm, yeah, she is the oldest of Mina's 6 heroes, thouugh I'm considering making a 7th... Why wouldn't you consider Nayotake to have a chance?

Yes, Kagehana is probably the strongest, but Nayotake does have the Cloak and the Hydra Dagger. It is plausible that she could win the whole thing.

I just realized you said that you're bringing a monster, Muffin, to the tournament. Don't you think that's a bad idea as most gods and heroes will consider it a threat and attack it? You definitely wouldn't be able to beat at least 5 High Gods plus several weaker Gods and heroes. That's at least 90 Divine Combat Points against 42 Divine Combat Points.
