Words RP.

I found a comic with a rather cool concept. Basically a bunch of kids are in this school where if they graduate they become a successfull person and a buerocrat. The catch is that they have to survive fighting giant monsters formed from the meanings of words, with theirown specific word whcih was engraved magically on their body on the first day through a slip of paper that it was written on. I thought I could revamp this into a good RP what do you think?

I think we have way too many RPs in the works already.

In the comic the mortality rate is already over 75 percent, and it's the seventh chapter!!!!

I don't really care.  Adding more RPs isn't helping things right now. Try focusing on the active ones instead.

It doesn't hurt anything and we haven't started a new RP in months. ...MONTHS>>>>>>.

Exactly, because people keep adding more and detracting attention from where it is needed. Adding more RPs to be worked on is slowing down the rate at which we start RPs. if you want to start one, stop adding more.

prior experience dictates that that does not work. Either way, planning Rp's only takes one, and at themoment I'm only in one RP, no I don't count new beginning as one given that it requires no planning whatsoever and I'm pretty much not in the test run of everest city at this point, If I'm the only one thatworks on thisI don't mind, if others want to help it doesn't matter, if they do that's just less effort to me. When I finish this all that will happen is that we'll have another RP in the ranks, it won't slow down, or speed up anything.

We can't start an RP till one ends. They only end soon, when people post a lot, People don;t post a lot when they post in other threads. You keep adding thread for RPs and spreading attention. More RPs equals slower RP completion.

Now, I'm not going to discuss this with you anymore. If you want another RP to start, stop making new threads. Otherwise, stop complaining that we aren't starting RPs and start posting on active ones.

How about this?

We leave this one here. Simply let it sit.

And while you develop the idea that you may have for its progression, we continue with the other RPs until we can bring a couple more to an end.

Then we can discuss it further down the line.

Until then, you can keep developing it and developing it, and taking notes here about anything that comes to mind to improve it and flesh it out.

Sound good?

 Calm down, will you?

The solution isn't annoyance or hostility. It is a logical approach.

Now, you know we've all had ideas come along that we simply couldn't resist talking about. This is perfectly fine, as long as it doesn't detract from the focus payed to other RPs, right?

So this can stay here, and it can stay in the backburner until we have enough space free for it to be discussed and, eventually, played out.

I would vouch for this one.

It would be fairly simple, with few rules and a nice, well defined plot.

A one-thread-er?

Jester, you have a lot of Rps that you haven't had the chance to use yet. Why don't you just place anymore Rp ideas in the Rp creator thread and rejoin the Rps you were in before. EPRP, KCoM, and Everest City are all ones you could rejoin easily. The next one of yours that we would be able to start would be WoM.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
