For one Fire lord Ozai.
 That is him, burning the world just because he can. Of course there is also Azula.  Yes the blue fire is not normal.  Riding on a huge blast of blue fire.  And finally Azula blasting lightning at her brother in a fit of crazed psychopathy.

    I always have loved their depiction of elemental manipulation...even though some of it scared the crap out of me to imagine it ever happening for real.

 Aang definitely gets a place up there somewhere, for not only being able to master all four of the basic elements and being basically the mortal savior of that world... but for THIS.

True but I still don't compare that to being able to harness the power of a comet, board an airship while standing on an extended platform, and shoot an unholy blast of fire onto the ground below.
