Hmm i'm still liking this avatar thing though seeing how the Olympian people often took on different forms (Either human or a warrior form of whatever their power was) and plus it would be a great combo with the existing mythpowers.

Maybe I'll take WHD's idea and make my own power but idk how to do that with out going into your mythpower territory.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

It's true. They are good ideas. I just don't know how they would coincide with myth. Maybe looking at www.theoi.com will help...

Well it could be a power similar to Mythpower: Heroism. That gives you the powers of the collected heroes while Mythpower: Avatar could give the power to summon the collected Avatars of the Olympians you can channel.

I'm almost sure they had a word for avatars of gods in Greek myth...

I'll look later.

Oh yes its just the only one i could think of at the moment. I'm sure there is a better one you should use.

Well, there's nothing wrong with it. I just think it could be improved upon to make it more accurate for the realm of GREEK myth.

I mean, if I was doing Hindu, then it'd be okay, but...

OOH! How about something pertaining to the Apotheothenai ? Mortals who were TURNED INTO gods? THEY could serve as avatars of the god that triggered their apotheosis...(http://www.theoi.com/greek-mythology/deified-mortals.html)

I was thinking of doing them anyway, so this would be a great lead in for the idea.

So you would summon the mortals? with the powers of the Olympian people?

I was thinking you might summon their deified form. Or channel the domain they ruled over, just like the other deities.

I'm not sure how it'd work out yet...

If you do Ganymede then I have and irrefutable and justifiable reason for creating Divine Immunity.

Why's that? He was only cupbearer to the Olympians (and in some circles, god of homosexuality).

Its just that I worry what YOUR mind could come up with in terms of that last bit. Oh lets see, shall we make it the power to turn every man on Earth into a Justin Bieber fanboy?Utterly disasterous considering that most of us are male and I believe only WHD and me possess Divine Immunity...

Well, typically, I deal in perception and manipulation. But, your way's MUCH more diabolical...

I knew you were going to do perception of homosexuality and homosexual urges(a little bit strange by the way), manipulation of homosexual urges and compulsions(okay, THAT would be frightening), generation or reduction of homosexual compulsions(even MORE frightening than the last), and I now assume because of my Justin Bieber comment, the direction of homosexual compulsions(which I regret even INDIRECTLY) giving you the idea for. So now basically a formidable and shudder worthy package.

Well...actually, I was gonna avoid the whole homosexuality thing...what with it being a touchy topic to some. But...srsly, very diabolical idea. I shall take it.

Hehe, with Chaos Cataclysm to manipulate space, and to destroy any obstacles in my way (and Prowess of Proioxis to never lose track of where you are), there is no use in hiding...

Tremble before your impending pop-star-sensation-y DOOM!!!

Um, that would help if I was using either of those directly on YOU.

AHHHHHH! My ears are bleeding! That goodness for regeneration powers.

KILL THAT ABOMINATION! It's bad enough for normal humans, but with superhuman hearing and three minds to listen to it, among other things, is an absolute nightmare!
Bow before your unimaginably powerful overlord!

Wait a minute, I'm currently too busy holding a cork in mid air for petty groveling.
