I found a way to block the Cardstack Jester's ripples that prevent reality manipulation on the subject, you can use radius distortion on the ripples to make it so they don't cover the subject or they are diminished to nothing.

I have discovered some ways in which I could obtain the powers of any with Bloodlines*, without mimicry, especially if female.

1) Reincarnation Determination*: I would be able to obtain powers through inheritance. I'm trying to devise a power to defend against this as I speak. It is also another reason why reproduction would be dangerous/undesirable.
2) The Perfect Vampire*: You would want to make sure vampires, such as myself, are not able to drink your blood. I'm working on a defense for this too.
3) Interbody Transfer (assuming Ability Reflection*, such as in Dryad's case): I try to transfer my blood to my target, but I just get a portion of theirs (possibly, correct me if wrong). This blood would carry their powers. This could also be used to take down someone without a blood-replenishing power, assuming I had a way of removing excess blood.
4) Draw blood, then inject it into my veins.
5) A more grueling way, remove blood from the person's children, who may not have the expertise in their powers to defend themselves. Then simply follow path #4.

Hope this helps someone's defense. After all, that is what this thread is designed for, at least partially. I don't think powers granted this way would be vulnerable to Anti Power Mimicry, at least in the case of #1, when you were simply born with them. Luckily, in the case of bloodlines, #1 only applies to females.

Just vampirism without the weaknesses, but Bloodlines keeps your powers in the blood, so ingested blood would carry powers.

Because I just had an idea about a power that allows you to gain other power by ingesting the blood of someone with that power.

Of course, that's all it can do. And it doesn't necessarily come with sharpened incisors.

You're not sparkly and you still need blood. You are also killed by decapitation.

Ultraviolet had virus-based vampires without the weaknesses, though they died after just over a decade.
