How often / how difficult is it to catch a pokemon? I know one I want to add, but this could get carried away after having to many.

Your powers increase only in that certain area. Same thing for if it requires a certain time of day, or to be in a certain mood (like Umbreon, Espeon or Happiny); your powers are restricted in the same way as if they were still being used by a PKMN.

The ones that require a certain place to evolve, are usually in out of the way isolated places. And the trade only evolves seems like a pain for the RP as well.

Stone evolutions, or evolving at certain times of day aren't really as restricting.

You catch them at your own discretion, for the most part, but no catching PKMN in absurd numbers ("I just caught five Pidgeys, three Rattatas AND two Pikachus!") and no catching them in places where they would normally not be ("I ust caught a PKMN at SEA! Woo yeah, Surfin Pikachu!").

And shiny PKMN are RARE. Meaning we may find one or two in the entire RP.

Basically, use your best judgment, and no spiteful PKMN catching (You caught a Growlithe, so I caught a Wailmer!").

Well, if you guys want, we can bypass the need for them to be traded. And the isolated PKMN will be worried about when we get to them.
