Not to be a troll or anything, but I see a small flaw in your logic. Even if your skin is bulletproof, it would still be just as flexible as normal skin to allow movement correct? Assuming that's true, you could still be injured by blunt force, like say a 1000 foot drop onto pavement. Your skin would be fine and unscathed, but your bones would still break from the impact. See, since your skin is still flexible the force is carried through it into the bones as it normally would.

 I'll start  Super Slow-Mo: The force required to move you decreases exponentially. Somebody throws a car at you? It breaks and you don't even flinch because it can not impart enough force to speed you up.
