Hit a snag with Myself's profile. I wanted to keep his predilection for being a cat in with the character design, but no matter what I try I can't stop it from looking like an Anime reject.

Do note that Mai is from Crescent's family, but is considered to be weaker than most of the rest. Akuma in the Challenge's thread is one of the few who are weaker than Mai. In addition, Mai doesn't have access to most of the supernatural abilities that make most of the members of the Shigemoto household as dangerous as they are. Her katana though is still a unique magic construct.

Well, as long as it isn't sufficient to put up a fight with Brutus and Babaraina, then it shouldn't be a big problem.

Granted, Pilosthenes is actually like the King Ozai of Chaetokinesis (Hair Manipulation), what with being specially trained to have power suiting his status and all, but that's still not enough to take on power on the level of what Brutus took on in the previous New Beginning arcs.

If you elevate the level of capability, though, then that's not to say I wouldn't at least try to have him rise to the occasion.

Her weapon could possibly take it up to Brutus' capability, but Mai won't be using its powers in a small contest like this, since her katana was made for taking out things on the level of adult dragons, not other Medium-sized beings. So yeah, she should be fine for this fight.

I was thinking that, too. Gentleman_Vaultboy's design really is awesome. In fact, they all are.

 Some artistic liberties were taken, but I'm perfectly fine with any adjustments made to me (for goodness' sake, I have blue eyes, a cape, and I am wielding The Greatsword Babaraina. What more could I ask for? I mean, if I had been wielding the Gilded Ninnyhammer, I think I might have just up and keeled over from pure ecstatic satisfaction, so thanks for sparing me the heart attack.

Really, though, I love them. They look like they'd make for some very fun avatars, in the event one of us ever gets around to making a playable video game. Or even just an animation. I really do see you making some awesome progress in your art, Marv.
