The Age Manipulation that I was thinking about was possibly by touch, for now. Because, they haven't exactly practiced their abilities since they've been drugged and restrained most of the time they discovered the powers (that scientist .) What I mean is, first, when you don't have much knowledge on how the power works, you can only manifest it in certain ways, until later in the story.

And I'm not sure how it could work but possibly if we tone it down just a bit, we can fit it in.

Touch is fine with me. Though how will you tone down Jesters ability? It seems like an energy and matter destroying, target seeking, death drone. By the way Jester, aging isent energy nor is it a psi ability.

At beginner level, he has to exhale a black mist onto something to age it, but after training, he would be able to age things by concentrating. He says it's harder to age objects than people. Although I'm wondering how he could de-age things at first, or if he can't until later.

Black mist is alright, I just didn't want him to be able to just concentrate and Poof! they're all turned to dust.

If Jester's power can be turned of, negated or thrown back somehow, than it's fine. It is tough to think about that power not being used to kill everyone and everything but, the point is that if it can be blown back or stopped somehow, than it's fine. (The scientist and his goons have these Power Negating Tasers that surpress powers for an hour as well)
