The Mini-Adventure!

[Zaleramancer]

The book has mentions of demon transformations, you find evidence that such transformations are usually temporary and the change back is usually lethal. Further more, holy symbols and signs affect the transformed severely.

[Zaleramancer]

The shadow demon and the demonic priest grapple. Each touch of the shadow demon leaves dark marks on the priest's skin. Each passing moment, his movements grow weaker and weaker. The priest decides to save himself, and once again a light flickers from him.

The Shade hisses as the light hits it, but refuses to let go. However, the tide appears to be turning in the demon priest's favor now, as the light weakens the shade.

[Zaleramancer]

The arrow strikes the demonic priest in his arms, causing the magic light to flicker as the priest reacts to the pain. The Shade takes advantage of this to surge forward and strike him again.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Holy symbols....holy symbols....gotta make a holy symbol...."

I tie two sticks together  to form a cross and attampt to pelt the Demon priest with it.

[Mik_Hael]

 I take the opportunity and order the tiger demon to throw me at the Demon priest...CAREFULLY!!!!!! I wield the staff as i'm flung and begin to cleave downward aiming for the head and hart as I fly through the air.

[Mik_Hael]

Seing that the spellsword is using a cross, I copy the idea in a flash of insight and plan to strike the demon in the same way when I hit. Aiming for the head to spine, and heart to right lung.

[Zaleramancer]

The cross hits the priest first, causing a high pitched screech as it burns him like acid. The Shade also seems less than fond of it, and retreats slightly.

Then Scurros strikes the demonic priest with the staff. The priest collapses. He stirs slightly, but is far to weak to move.

Before your eyes, he begins to transform back into a human.. by the time the metamorphosis is over, he is dead.

"I call dibs on his stuff!"

[Mik_Hael]

"Darn it!"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Too slow!" I rush over to the dead cultist and kick him a few times before going through his stuff.

[Zaleramancer]

You find several more potions (Of various kinds), a few scrolls, some coin purses filled with gold, a steel orb, a ring that vibrates with magic of some kind, a few amulets and a rune-covered sacrificial dagger.

[Mik_Hael]

"Great, Well we've rescued the girl saved the day, and left with a small fortunes. Hey demons How did you like the blood bath?" I turn facing the demons. I am keeping track of time. If fifty minutes are up I will instantaneously dismiss them.

I examine my loot and begin to pack it away in my pack

[Zaleramancer]

The various demons titter or grin, indicating that they very much enjoyed this.

[Mik_Hael]

I walk over to the concubine and begin to play a song of awakening on my guitar. Ready to teleport in case she wakes up and instantly tries to kill me -.-. If anyone tries to come between me and her in the next twenty seconds in order to attempt to steal the glory from everyone else and me I will sick a demon on them.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Well, if that's everything. Let's wake up sleeping beauty, get out of here and collect our reward."

[Mik_Hael]

"Already on it," I say glancing at the spellsword quickly before bracing myself again.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Just dump water on her...."

[Mik_Hael]

(I will order the demon to set her down quickly the second her eyes begin to flutter and to slowly and carefully back away only three steps.)

[Zaleramancer]

The concubine opens her eyes and blinks a few times.

She glances around sleepily, eyes taking in the heroes and the demons.

"So. You have exactly one minute to explain how I got here, or I start ripping faces off."
