Since you made two kinds of mythical beings, the cost would be 4, though you do get a point for making Youkai... This leaves the final cost at 3.

Northeastern island which now has plains on it and two species of mythical creatures along with generalized life for that area. I just used 7 motes of energy for that.

Has anyone claimed the five islands on the mid left? If not, then the goddess Zaya will be using that area.

The southern half of the land above those islands will be claimed by Hazet.

And Waverider will probably claim the northern sea, Upper part between most of the continents.
