Ah, I see.

I have it here, but haven't read through it yet.

I tend to do that a lot with books, actually. I get all the great ones I can find (Agatha Christie's "Ten Little Indians", Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes", "The Merchant of Venice", "Julius Caesar", "Othello", etc. all by Shakespeare, and the like) and then never get around to reading them. I shall, when I get the time, apart from homework and writing.

Alrighty then.

Let's move onto the deities of celestial bodies.

Namely the Sun and however many moons we have..
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Sun deity- Solairon (male)

Moon deity- Ellunaeda (female)

How do those sound?

A little more, perhaps?

Names are nice and all, but what would they be like?

Star deities-

Constellei- god of constellations

Stellastra- goddess of astrology

Quaestar- god of stars (not belonging to constellations)

Well, Solairon would be boisterous. A deity who loves to laugh and spread joy and laughter. Fond of flowers, and lover of fine and luxurious things. A bit of a hedonist, but overall, a loveable guy.

And Ellunaeda would be terribly shy. Smart, and illuminating with her intellect, but afraid to speak her mind except in the calmest and humblest of voices. A bit of a pushover, but sweet and caring.

Solairon would always be trying to catch Ellunaeda, thus causing the passage of the Sun and moon, and when he catches her to shower her in kisses, there's an eclipse, which lasts until she can get away from him again. The myth goes, should she ever be enamored with him and wed to him to lose her chastity, there would be permanent darkness on the face of the land.

I like it.

A rather lot, actually.

Because it sounds like a story people would tell.

Which was sort of my goal. Make a setting where you could have people telling tales of the gods.

Who shaped the world for better, or for worse.

And these are gonna be free deities, meaning neither of us has sole control over them.

I'm considering remaking some of the rules..

I think we got a bit overpoint saturated.

Well, perhaps the rules could use some reworking, but the points are kinda moot now, right? I mean, I haven't thought of them in a while. And if I had, I'd likely be up to like three hundred (300) points or so.

I'm thinking of reseting to like 40.

Then only giving two points per day.

And writing up the only other ways to gain points..

Since I'm not to great at thinking of gods/immortals, if you guys have any ideas for immortals that I could use let me know.

Do you think that's different enough from Neo's Technology god? If it is I'll definatly have to consider it.

He made a deity of technology? Ugh...shoulda figured as much.

Well, it depends. It COULD be different enough. Like maybe a deity of creativity.
