I have a question. Neo's race has a knowledge of 25, a culture of 3, and a martial of 2. Neo seems to be covering up all there flaws with their intelligence. With a martial score of 2, only just above the bare minimum, they shouldn't have much military might, if any, yet they created an ATOM BOMB, every single family has their own GIANT FLYING WAR MACHINE THAT SHOOTS LASERS, and he has threatened to "darken the skies with Vimanas", but by his score, he would have 2, only 2, armies if I remember correctly. And with 3 culture, a race wouldn't have very much of a history, and would be quick to anger, but Neo has described an amazing and complex caste system. How does this work out?

Knowledge defines how advanced in technology your race is.

Martial defines how strong and powerful your race is, how many armies you can have(defining how many soldiers and siege weapons you have), and how advanced the siege weapons you have are.

Culture defines how diverse your race is, the number of religious orders you have, each one giving you points, how advanced your races history and government system is, and how your race acts.
