"Is this 'Gabriel' another person with powers like ourselves?"
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

As the group sits down Prime begins his story.

"Years ago I worked as in a government lab on a particular base. It was there that I first met Gabriel. He was a technician at the time and a brilliant inventor. We worked together and quickly became friends. It was after working with him for few years that the Darmanite scout ship crashed just outside the base. It was brought in and we were charged with examining it. Gabriel was so excited, that he neglected protocols and accidentally activated one of the dormant energy cells on the ship. The radiation given off by the active cell mutated our genes. I gained my mental powers and Gabriel.....well, his skills with inventing were amplified tenfold. Gabriel was corrupted by the power he was given. I did not see it at first, but I should have.  He soon hatched a plan to assist the Darmanites in their invasion so that he could gain more power. Now it seems he's trying to stop us from stopping the Darmanites."

"Gabriel is resouceful and cunning. His inventions are deadly and powerful. He is a master of planning and no doubt has counters for my ability. He will ally himself with anyone he can manipulate to his own goals."

I lay down in my room, but I become restless. Eventually I decide to get out and walk around, and i end up making my way to the roof of the warehouse so that I can familiarize myself with the surroundings and check for anything suspicious during the night.

I jump, startled, and swing my arm back with my Darmanite strength, knocking Bug over. I realize quickly who it was though and go to help him up. "Hey now, don't go sneaking up on people in the middle of the night, I've been expecting someone to attack us for hours now."

"So what do you think of this Gabriel guy" I say as I sit with Bug on the roof.
