Sadly, I haven't watched many of the animated series, other than the ones that came out in the 90's. I've been really distracted with writing and stuff on the interwebs.

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

All the DC ones are phenomenal, as are Superman and Batman The Animated Series. Those two, both Justice League's, Batman Beyond, and Static Shock all share the same universe. Green Lantern is excellent. Brave and the Bold is just pure Silver Age and fun as hell, plus it's a constant stream of more obscure DC characters.

Watch Avengers and X-Men Evolution, which got really good in it's last season. Also try to find Spectacular Spiderman, which was phenomenal.

I liked TASM2 and DOFP. Some things were changed, but overall, neither was terrible. Though, surprisingly, I liked DOFP better than TASM2. I was really expecting DOFP to be a crud-fest, I gotta be honest. FOX has never seemed too terribly concerned with accuracy of comic-book canon, but that movie was still pretty enjoyable.

Oh, and speaking of TV/Movie Awesomeness, have you guys seen the Legend of Korra Book: 3 (Change) Trailer and/or Spoilers?

 Yeah, like I said, it wasn't perfect (and according to what I've heard from various comics and comic fans, far from entirely accurate).

It was fun, though. I enjoyed it, whenever I wasn't busy noticing big plotholes or comic-canon inaccuracies.

 If I were you, I would track down the rest of those episodes. Legend of Korra has a way different tone and style. It's very fun in its own right.

 It's messed up to see all the stuff that's been changed, added and omitted. Still, it is Fox's take. And I'll gladly let them have their take, if that's what they want to do.

In the background, though, I will still be hoping and praying and eagerly awaiting the day Marvel Studios gets the rights back to the X-Men, so they can do the characters justice.
