More like a mix between begrudging obligation, nothing better to do, and adrenaline rush reasons.

I was basically a wandering street person.

Marv was a jobless construction worker with Geokinesis.

Zale.....I forget...

Greenday controlled a virus cloud.

Bug was a highscl speedster.

Shadow.....I forgot again.

I want to make a new one anyway.

Perhapss Ssserpent Sssupreme?

Or the Envious Envy's power?

Or maybe some of Dryad's hair based powers..

All right, tell me id this is to far off the tone.

Elmer Bordon.

Personality: Elmer is a 18 year old delivery boy. A consummate thrill junky who takes his time away from work free running and enjoying his hobby of urban exploration.

Appearance: Elmer wears an all white outfit (Janet, pants, shirt, shoes, the works) stitched lines of blue. On his head he wears a orange Beanie. n the back of his jacket is a picture of a bull.

Power: Elmer can exude a sticky, white, glue like substance from his pours. He can fire off this substance as projectiles, leave a trail that traps bad guys like fly paper, or attach it to standing objects and use it to zip around (Like Spider man.)

Remember the idea I had back in the thread, Procrastination/flash of insight.  Well I finally wanted to go through with it.

Let's see, heres the basic layout of the rules. Some major Genetic mutation occuring throughout the human race caused most likely by a random flash of space rays have caused the about three percent of the human race to develope super powers ranging all the way from  Super human strength, to super human sweat, to in some cases sweater vision....for the last vision the one person who acquired it in fact went blind, but was never cold again.....well back to being serious. The government has been having a hard time handling this so they pretty much just dropped the deal entirely because their passing it under a thing for human right....for all you know at least. But neverthe less there have been a group of humans who have taken it upon themselves to fight crime and keep the world safe from other supers. You are those humans, and as of yet , you are entirely disorganized.

The anime I based this off of was called Tiger and bunny, in which bassically a mass mutation occurred producing humans with super powers who went by the name of Next. Shortly after this, within the first twenty years or so I believe, they were commercialized and made the spokespersons of various companies, while their actions saving lives were broadcasted on Hero TV  which awarded them points for said actions, the winner was known as the king of heroes....yes it seems rediculous but it's plots ranged from murderous Lunatics, criminal syndicates, rampaging children next, and full blown out terrorism. So it's actually pretty interesting but whatever.

So just in case anyone didn't bother to read that, or just to clarify I'm going to include this. You are all super heroes you can all have complex backgrounds as you want, we've evven got a perk of all being within the same city. Pick your powers and honestly I don't care if your filthy stinking rich, as long as you don't abuse your power, but keep it interesting, bat man probably had enough money to make bill Gates his personal slave, but he had no powers and used his ingenuity and technology of his own design. SO you shoujld get my point. Form your characters and as long as they can't be classified as gods in any other RP they should be passed. Permanent physical mutation as a result of powers is also recognised.

According to Jester

A few decades ago an apocalyptic event took place that mutated animals and altered the face of the earth. Humans took refuge on floating cities of their own design and now drift about over the world. While all of this has been happening, a new breed of humans has surfaced. The event that mutated animals has given random people supernatural abilities. A band of these meta's grouped togetehr to fight the crime that runs rampant on their floating city, The Suburban super Heroes.
And you make good powers.

Great, I'll just go with this then for now, please tell me if it works:

Maria Cast
Personality: Upbeat, if a bit naive. She'll believe any lie someone tells her, unless she knows for sure it is false.
Appearance: Teenage girl with earphones in her ears almost constantly. Tends to wear a tank top and jeans regardless of weather.
Power: Stride: Increases her speed and attack power for a 10 seconds at a time with a 20 second cooldown. Eats up calories fast. Can develop to become much more powerful by adding elements to the mix. The elements being Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Ice, Lightning, Metal, and Wood.

If you have questions about 'Stride,' please do ask. A good friend of mine (not Cabanilla) and I thought of 'Stride' when we were younger.

Alright. Depending on power level of the enhancement you might need a short downspike.

The enhancements wouldn't be usable until later on. Maria Cast wouldn't be capable of using the stronger Strides until she's stronger.

Give him a dark and edgy power, something that's powered by a forsaken child.

So each time he uses it, he his faced with the deep moral issues of if it's the right thing.

Then make it powerful and addictive.

You now have conflict.

I think I might change my power if we restart this.

A body snatching power that gives me power based on whose body I snatch.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Everything's ready for the reboot, but does anyone have any suggestions?
