You've made our choices:

1) Fight a horde of advanced Rat men
2) Steal from the government

My advice if you want it over quick would be to not make a big deal about the stealing and do something so that it won't be recognized as you.

Bug, go post something to move the story forward, you and Marv (and GD but he isn't here) are the only ones in the right section of story to bring Ratmen arc to a close.
