in other word no, he does not have one, so don't go running directly into a brick wall at a speed anything less than seven hundred miles an hour, after a certain point an object moving fast enough can plow through harder substances.

I'm just saying if you are going 700 mph and you make a quick turn, without some kind of protection all your organs will go splat against the inside of your rib cage. Have you ever been in a car that turns too fast and you get thrown to the side? Well this is the same priciple only at higher speeds and with your organs.

which is why if he ever turns evil he'll be facing a diamond and creation/destruction double lariat.....either that or by that time i'll hopefully have figured out how to use king to increase speed.

Most superpowers don't make sense anyway. Super speed especially. Just don't think to hard about it.

well let's see usually insects that move fast have the carapass, so you can probably just make yourself some padding or make due with bullet proof armor, the main problem will be the sight. THe only creature that can actually move proportinately fast enough to break most biological laws has to run in short bursts because it can't keep track of how far it's gone.

I killed physics a while ago with reality bending jester spirits and magic........okay never mind it's not dead, it just went through some major reconstructice surgery and changed it's name to Magic Alnon Sense.

A diamond is hard, not necessarily tough. It's somewhat more durable when compared to other gemstones, but much less so than most thing's you would use to build things..

It's not good building material because it can't bend, if used to make tools and weapons it's the ultimate material.......but not good for much else.
