pretty much none, unless you stop in one place, you have to focus on what your commanding or else it doesn't ahve an affect....although he can order the air to "Solidify" at a higher level and stop you flat, although at the starter power you can only command objects to do something that they can do naturally......such as age, or burn, or float, or crumble, etc.

Well, "slow down" would have considerably less affect, other than that you don't really need to hear my voice for most of it's other uses. And I could always say "slip".

Mentally focus on it's not occular based so technically it can be used if you know the exact location...it's just easier to focus on something if you can see it.
