What building did we collapse? It's only allowed to build new buildings during the docking period where the weight can be redistributed.

Maybe it's a supressed hatred of buildings coming from your caracter being fired from the last job he had that is altering his memory. Just do what I do then, find the actual post and tell us where it is.

Ok so you can negotiate or fight and now I can either assist you in taking them out or sneak off later to sabotage them if need be.

Also this seems like a good point to stage my characters death.

Even if you negotiate to begin with there will be a fight, keep in mind that a creature continually persecuted by humanity and killed without thought, and used for scientific experiments suddenly became sentient and aware of history. by the way rats don't need torches, they have great night vision.
