Alright, now that the mechanics are out of the way let's try to form up a time location adn reason. my idea was floating city of Pegasus(for lack of a better name) Based in the slightly further along future, that is one of several floating city experiments foughly the size of manhatten, which roam the earth stopping periodically at refueling stations. that, walled communities, and free towns, are all that is left f the sprawlling city structures after the global supernatural event occurred which sporiadically still gifts people supernatural powers and mutations, as well ass mutating a majority of animals and plants into sentient or not mutant creatures ranging from teenage mutant ninja turtles style mtuation, to something out of Baroque/the depths of the messed up part of my imagination

Great, now let's see...as I said before this was orginially based off of the concept of ananime i came across on the internet. the main idea for that was that basically the human populace had begun randomly mutating superpowers and eventually a news cast organization decided to telecast their heroics as a tv show entitled Hero T.V, and created a point system off of their heroics, such as saving a life is worth fifty points, catching the culprit is worth 200 etc. Seeing this corporations decided to hire some of the heroes to work for them in order to advertized their products as well as give the heroes a source of income as well as vehicles, weaponry, armor, etc. Years after the golden age of the super hero named "Legend" super heroe's had basically devolved into a gigantic contest/ advertising campain, while still somehow doing their jobs as heroes.

The news team itself had the added perk of relaying the culprits locations to the heroes as well as providing the training centers.

I was thinking of doing something similiar with this RP. But not until later in.

the titular characters being

Tiger= a middle aged super hero with a dead wife and an eight year old daughter who lives with his mother, due to his job as a super hero being too dangerous and sporadic for him to be able to take care of his child without his wife....Lately he hasn't been doing so well in the hero business and his company was just sold to a globabl bank. Inspiration for becoming a hero= was saved during a bank robbery by the Hero "Legend" when he was a child, and learned the importance of using his power to save others.Power= 100 power= the power to enhance all of your physical parameters by 100 times for five minutes.

Barnaby A.K.A Bunny= The heir to a billion dollar business who's parents were killed when he was at the age of four by a criminal organization of NEXT their word for superhumans that go by the name "Oraborus." The snake eating it's own tail. Same power as Tigers.

So between RP events, our characters can do random super hero/villain stuff.

Pretty much yeah, and not aways super hero, keep it as human as possible, I mean NEo could even post about a court case.

As a start until you are inadvertantly involved in a small crisis, forced to don a ridiculous costume in order to stop the perpetrators, throwing you into the hero or mercenary business, actually you should probably go easy on yourself with the plot and go for a bording school with very very loose rules.
