SSH:FLBN : the start of it all.

"It was a make-shift distraction, I needed your attention. I need your help. Arc, the speedster, has been kidnapped..............by Rat people."

[Philote]

"By what now? You don't have rocks in your brain or something?"

"How about you give me a better explanation as we find a more suitable place to discuss"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Ok, ok, lets head downtown and I'll explain on the way."

As we walk I explain how Arc and I had been staking out a jewlery store and how a Rat person had broken in.

[Philote]

"And you're sure the rat person took him? Do you even have the slightest lead on where either of them would be now?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"I'm pretty sure it was rat people....and I'm not exactly sure where they are, but I've got a good idea". I turn and look at a nearby sewer vent.

[Philote]

"Joy, well i guess it comes with being a hero." I follow Marv underground.

"This is going to wreck my suit" I mutter to myself.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Whoo, that smell will clear your sinuses." I say as I land in the ankle deep sludge.

[Philote]

"If we end up trudging through this stuff all day then i'm out."

"They can't be that far down, the city is floating."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"I don't know, it's rumored that there are miles of tunnels and pipes down here."

[Philote]

After an hour of uneventful wanderings through sludge, we see light coming from torches up ahead.

"Why don't you go say hello, I'll give you back up from the shadows."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"What do you think shall I give them a Steel hello", I hold up a steel fist,

"or a diamond hello?" I hold up a diamond fist.

[Philote]

"Why don't you negotiate some first, its not like they can hurt you." I say from the shadows.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Pssh, yeah right...they kidnapped Arc. I'm busting in there and getting him back"

[Philote]

"Well lets get this over with, on your mark"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Get set , Go!" I charge forward my body changing to diamond. I catch the first Rat by suprise, punching him in the side of the head.

[Philote]

Any Rat that tries to sneak up on the diamond man is quickly knocked over by my shadow as I remain hidden.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

I knock down the final Rat and continue on down the tunnel. My eyes burning with rage.

"I'm coming for you Arc, just hold on!"

[Philote]

I slip past him and sneak further into the Rat's lair to see what I can find.

As I continue on I encounter more signs of the Rat's activity. Soon I enter a large cavern. There are contructs everywhere. Bulit from canabalized machine parts and other stolen tech.
