My giants are twenty feet tall.

Half-giants are half that, around eight to ten feet, and so are most other lesser giant variations (Fir Bolg, newer generations of Fomorian, Ettin, etc).

And spriggans count as both giants and fay. They are supposedly either the distant relatives of giants, or the ghosts of giants, and were guardians of fairy courts, grave sites and ruins. Powerful. Their kids would likewise grow to about eight to ten feet until they reach maturity.

I'd suggest psychic races that I've made up specific to Celadon, but that would require FAR too much effort on my part.

You could always be a psychic human.

 Oh! You want an empath? I have empaths.

In fact, I made a RACE called Empaths. At the lower bands, they are perceivers and receivers of emotion. At the higher bands, they are projectors and manipulators of emotion.

They look like normal humans, except they have pointed ears, slightly slanted eyes and white or blond hair (and if they interbreed with other races, their offspring will always have white or blond hair as well).
