Well, in all honesty, Minecraft doesn't really intrigue me.

Though an anime/manga-based one would be fun; I know it.

I was actually more interested in how you would make a minecraft character class, not actually playing the RP which would probably actually need to be in game to be fun.

So what about this: Most villainous superhero team.

Body Stealer (Steals pedestrians bodies to activate his power, and then be able to save others)
Necromancer (Takes bodies of those that die in city, including those that die in super villain attacks to protect town)
Warlord (Berserker, destroys town worse than superman when he fights)
Despair (Green lantern type, strongest when there are people under attack, who he can then protect.)

Hated superhero team, but town has to keep them around to deal with super villains.
