I been with this far to long to let it slip out from my memories. So I will make a replacement that both sides can agree on. It going to one of the abilities you rejected before, but it will be improve.

Author Negation and Author Power Negation are almost exactly the same; the only difference is the wording (and Pro #3 of Myself's version).

I personally think the two could be edited to appear more distinct. Maybe one can be temporary negation, and the other can be permanent deactivation (with no hope of ever regaining the power; not even by Power Bestowal)

And perhaps a couple other things can be changed to make them less alike (and still attractive to have as powers).

That is a possibility. I just hadn't seen Sirmazing's version when I posted it.

I think I will edit in some differences. Maybe focus it around the "select instance" part.

Imho, Myself's Author Power Manipulation is control of a power's effect once they are activated. Can't activate or block them.
Sirmazing's Author Negation is negating powers.
Myself's Author Power Negation is blocking powers or manipulating aspects of a power to block those aspects.

Seems to me that Author Power Negation is a combo of the first two, and maybe too similar to Author Negation.

Don't worry, Author Power Negation isn't manipulation, I just messed up the title.

I intended to make it more like the eventual Author Power Manipulation, but changed it mid-creation. The "select negating" aspect only allows things like making them drop one item, but not others, from their telekinetic grasp. You can't make them lift things. It isn't a combination.

Author Power Negation came before Author Power Manipulation anyway.

Don't worry, I'm as determined, if not more so, to sort out this mess than yourselves. I don't like my created powers ending up in a bungle like this.

I'm able to be online all week, due to exams, which I am not doing. Normally I'm at school when you're online.

If New Beginning happened, I think this lack of schedule problems would be awesome in its own right (e.g. I only need a minute of sleep due to Full Sleep*, so I can sleep at home at teleport over to hang out, etc).

VCE is the last two (or in my case, three) years of school in my state of Australia. My VCE is modified due to my Asperger's-related issues to extend another year and so I do not do exams.
