Change it as you see fit. If they plagiarize other peoples' work (ie steal from Superpower Wiki), or take other folks' ideas (like when somebody tried to add a MythPower), it is totally fair game.

Maybe; there are plenty of powers taken from other works/based on characters (e.g. Superman Spell, Ability Replication, etc). Most other superpower sites are just collections of already-thought of powers and besides, theirs is the superpower list, so we should try to document all non-overpowered powers.

That's just my opinion, of course. I'm not a mod myself (much as I wish I were), so regard my statement as you please.

I don't think Justin will ever delete the Delete This powers. I even have a feeling he'd still want most of them on the list.
And clearly, editing them will upset some people who acquired those powers.
So, what else can we do? Wait for their authors to come and edit them?

By the way, Shad, when WHD edited one of your powers, did you receive an email?

Well, I receive emails each time I edit and re-approve my own powers. I don't know what happens when someone edits and re-approves someone else's powers, but I suspect they also receive emails informing their powers were re-approved. If so, anyone whose powers are flagged for deletion were indeed warned, so if they don't come back or don't check their emails, what should we do about powers flagged for deletion?

 If they do not return, then they have no say if the ability needs to be edited.
