Of course you can't let it die! Any good story deserves to be finished decently. If you don't feel you've done it justice, go back and work on it some more!

I see. All of the worlds I made up, I either have a minimal connection to or I'm only part of one or two groups in the world. The worlds you've thought of shouuld work well. I'm thinking that for each mission the difficulty is mentioned first, then the students are chosen, and last the world and mission description is given.
