Think of the most overpowered character you possibly can, multiply that amount of power by ten, then try to find a way to write yourself in. To give you and example of general power levell My dude is a invincible superstrong shapechaning vault that holds within the treasures of trillions of worlds, and I'm actually a bit worried because he seems to be the weakest. Right now, another characters big interdimentianal library whatsit is being sieged by literally all the forces of hell. I haven't really been paying attention to anyone else, but that's only because I want to learn things as my character learns them.

Wulf, you got an Overlord planned for Vegas? Because I have an idea. I've been re-watching Yu Yu Hakusho recently and was reminded of how much I like Sakyo as a villain.

Also, totally related to my above idea: how many of those child soldiers did the Overlord of New York recruit?

 Vegas is unplanned for the most part, though it is decided that Vegas will be featured in the Los Angeles arc. The Controller (Overlord of most of California) has plans to finally lay waste to the stronghold that is the surprisingly well-fortified Las Vegas in Nevada. Though, Las Vegas' internals have yet to be decided. If you have something in mind, by all means, you may join in, and do with it as you please. Though, I will need profiles of any important characters (Las Vegas Overlord, any important henchmen, attendants, etc; whoever you see as necessary to know about), and as I'm sure I've mentioned before, you may not kill off important characters without consulting with me (unless the characters of the empire are your creations).

The leader is the one that get's the arcs big fight. Though, if you want to have one of the others take her I'm all for that. It depends on if you want to count the jailbreak as it's own arc.

No, the jailbreak is actually pretty minor. The main interesting stuff is what comes when we jailbreak the girls, and get ready to set after Overlady Bea.
