I'll have to get fancy with my cell manipulation to see in the dark. I wonder if it's even possible.

I manifest a special form of night-vision goggles that do not blind me in bursts of light, but allow me to see as if it was day.

Then into the dark...hope we don't run into anything...oh, who am I kidding? I hope we don't run into anything too QUICKLY.

 Yes, it's inevitable that we encounter something.

What is that over there that Wulf can more clearly describe than me!

[Celadon's Penultimate]

Hm...ah, yes, now I can tell...looks like a watchtower to me...

Let's go toward that.

[Philote]

(In the underground vault thing or something new?)

"Onwards!" I pick up my cell door weapon and march off.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Oh joy, another possible death trap....."

[Celadon's Penultimate]

"You got another choice in mind? Perhaps back to good old times with the Night Dragon?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Point taken. Creepy underground structure it is then."

[Philote]

Anyone have an idea on getting some torches? Or are we going to depend on echolocation guy?

I can see in the dark, but I don't see a way to make a torch.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

(See? If someone had taken the rebellion theme like I suggested, we coulda had a source of fire to see by now...)

"Um, hm...let's see." I look around, and see that one of us has preserved some of the Night Dragon's viscous spit-gunk, "Hey, yeah, let's use that!"

[Philote]

I take a spit-gunk torch.

"Well we don't have to worry about being stealthy, the smell will give us away before anything." I say as we walk into the tunnel to examine the first thing we have found underground.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

A group of bat eyes light up in the cave, but we're relieved to find that they are not after us. Instead they take off after a group of unwitting elves and dwarves.

Poor things, they barely stand a chance. Those who aren't carried off are either eaten or beaten to a pulp...not pretty. But...we has things to do. Helping others is not only not my style...it's time-consuming. And dangerous.

"Poor buggers...better them than us."

"Right you are...now onward into the darkness..."

I walk over to the building. "The door appears to be locked" I say as I smash my weapon into the door breaking it open.

I move my torch around to illuminate my way, and the first thing I spot is a winding staircase...
