This thread could be a power collector's best friend when they are unable to use the timeslot when all powers are available. In here, we tell others when we have found an active power, so they can collect it.

Also, many people have it as a major line of defense. Sacrifice it and you leave them relatively vulnerable, at least in conjunction with Power Bypass.
